The cryoair cold air therapy devices were developed for local therapy. They are safe and easy to use. In cold air therapy, an exactly dosed air flow is blown directly onto the skin using a treatment hose. By that, the body is targetedly deprived of warmth. By the local heat loss cold air therapy relieves pain and reduces swelling.
Our cold air therapy devices are used in the sports sector, for the treatment of rheumatic diseases and to cool down the skin surface during laser treatments. The local application of cold also has muscle tonus-lowering effect.
The various systems generate cold air, having an adjustable air flow rate up to 1500 l/min. The devices cool the air used for therapy down to -32 °C to -60 °C and blow the cooled air through the treatment hose on the body to the zones to be treated. cryoAir cold air therapy devices are particularly suitable for use in medical practices, clinics and spas.
The cryoair cold air therapy devices are available in five different versions. In addition, there are optional accessories such as various attachments for spot treatment, treatment arm, and various hose lengths.

MECOTEC offers with the cryoair cold air therapy technology a mature and safe-to-use system that cools down air to -32 °C or -60 °C. The air flow precisely to be dosed, is blown with the treatment hose on the skin and by that, the body is targetedly deprived of warmth.
Immediately after treatment, the positive effects can be observed in relation to pain sensation and mobility of joints. Also the general well being of the patient is increased.
In addition to the practical devices, the flexible "mini" versions offer high cooling capacity in a small space and are quickly set up on site, if necessary.
