The term "SmartPanel" stands for a conclusive concept for success-orientated training management and increases the training success of your patients/customers by improving training quality.

Through the use of the SmartPanel in connection with the patented ultrasound measuring sensors, as well as the proxotrain software, it becomes possible to implement force measurements and software-controlled biofeedback training on as many devices as one wishes. The individual test data are transferred to the PC via the use of the chip card. Individualised and effective training planning thus becomes child's play for your patients/customers.

From the test to training

The basis of target-orientated training planning is exact testing to determine individual capacity in order then to set the individual training weight.

Choose from three processes:

1.) Quick classification testing with subjective assessment of the degree of effort on the part of the test person using the RPE scale.

2.) Sub-maximum testing according to the repetition method, supplemented by an objective assessment of the test performance quality and the subjective assessment of the degree of effort on the part of the test person using the RPE scale.

3.) An isometric test for measuring maximum strength according to the 1-repetition method is optionally available. A process that is primarily implemented under expert guidance. The test data is written onto the chip card and can be processed in the training planning software.
